  1. 14-Day Return Policy for Vases and Crib Sheets:

    • We accept returns for vases and crib sheets within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@fanchik.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

  2. No Return and Refund for Print on Demand Items:

    • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any print-on-demand items.
    • If you encounter any issues with your print-on-demand purchase, please contact us at hello@fanchik.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the problem.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@fanchik.com.
    • Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
    • We will assess the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

  4. Cancellations:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at hello@fanchik.com to request a cancellation.

  5. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  6. Changes to Orders:
